Request: Add template saving: • Save custom prompts and context descriptions. • Reuse them across future interviews/respondents. • Manage/edit template library inside the app. Value: Removes repetitive setup work, ensures consistency across projects, and speeds up workflow.

Automatic diarization sometimes mislabels or misspells participant names. Users need to fix this directly. Request: Add participant editing: • Rename speakers in transcript. • Merge/split participants if detected incorrectly. • Changes propagate to linked reports and quotes. Value: Improves accuracy, readability, and trust in reports. Essential for client-facing deliverables.

Right now, the AI chat works only within a single interview/report. Users need to ask questions across multiple transcripts and outputs at once. Request: Add project-level AI chat: • Query insights across all interviews/reports in a project. • Surface supporting quotes from different sources. • Enable synthesis, not just single-respondent answers. Value: Faster cross-analysis, holistic insights, and better decision-making for multi-interview studies.
