Request: Add pre-set prompts library: • One-click selection instead of manual prompt writing. • Option to customize after selection. Value: Faster setup, lower barrier for new users, and consistent application of best-practice frameworks.

Currently, reports can be viewed in the app or copied as text. Many teams need direct export into standard document formats. Request: Add one-click export: • Microsoft Word (.docx). • Keep structure, headings, quotes, and links intact. Value: Simplifies sharing with stakeholders, speeds up editing/publishing, and fits existing workflows.

Automatic diarization sometimes mislabels or misspells participant names. Users need to fix this directly. Request: Add participant editing: • Rename speakers in transcript. • Merge/split participants if detected incorrectly. • Changes propagate to linked reports and quotes. Value: Improves accuracy, readability, and trust in reports. Essential for client-facing deliverables.
